1 TBSP GELATINE
KEEP FOR 5 MIN.
½ CUP SUGAR
¼ CUP WATER
SOME LEMON PEELS
COOK UNTIL BOIL
2 TBSP CORN SYRUP
COOK UNTIL SOFT BALL CONSISTENCY
ADD GELATINE LEMON MIXTURE
COOK FOR 2 MIN
2-3 DROPS GREEN FOOD COLOUR
STRAIN
POUR IN A OIL GREASE MOULD
KEEP FOR 2-3 HOURS IN FRIDGE
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
COAT WITH SUGAR
