INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 CUP SEMOLINA / SUJI
GRIND IT
½ CUP CURD
½ CUP POWDER SUGAR
¼ CUP OIL
MIX WELL
SEMOLINA / SUJI
MIX
COVER FOR 20 MIN.
¼ CUP MAIDA
1 TSPN BAKING POWDER
½ TSPN BAKING SODA
¼ CUP MILK (MIX GRADUALLY)
GREASE OIL IN A SAUCE PAN
POUR THE BATTER
SPREAD SOME TUTTI FRUTTI
PLACE A TAWA
COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 35-40 MIN.
REMOVE THE CAKE
