INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 CUP MAIDA / FLOUR (1 CUP =250 ML)
¼ CUP COCOA POWDER
¾ CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 TSPN BAKING POWDER
½ TSPN BAKING SODA
¼ CUP OIL
½ CUP CURD/ YOGURT
2 TBSP HOT WATER
1 TBSP INSTANT COFFEE
MIX THE FLOUR MIXTURE
BRUSH OIL IN MOULD
PLACE A BAKING PAPER
POUR THE BATTER
PLACE A PAN & WIRE STAND
PRE-HEAT 5-7 MIN.
COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 30-35 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
DIVIDE THE CAKE
SPREAD THE WHIPPED CREAM LAYER
COVER THE CAKE WITH CREAM
CREAM DECORATION
DUST COCOA POWDER
COFFEE BEAN ON TOP

Kindly do a video on mistakes while making cakes. I am trying so many recipes, they actually turn out so good but then, when I demould them, they eventually break.
@shefali prabhu I use both oil as well as maida. Also, I am thinking of using butter paper the next time I am gonna bake.
You are probably not greasing the mould properly. Try using parchment paper or a silicon sheet😊
