INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
½ CUP GRATED JAGERY
½ CUP MILK
MIX UNTIL JAGGERY DISSOLVE
½ CUP OATS FLOUR
½ CUP WHEAT FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
¼ TSP BAKING SODA
SIEVE
¼ CUP OIL
3 TBSP YOGURT
MIX WELL
¼ CUP MIXED DRY FRUIT
1 TSP FLOUR
COAT WELL
MIX WITH BATTER
BRUSH OIL IN MOULD
PLACE A BAKING PAPER
POUR THE BATTER
SPREAD SOME TUTTI FRUTTI
PLACE IN PRE-HEATED CURRY PAN
COOK IN MED. LOW HEAT FOR 30-35 MIN.
CAKE IS DONE, COOL COMPLETELY
