CUT
SQUEEZE THE ORANGE
STRAIN THE JUICE
¾ CUP JUICE
2 TBSP GELATINE
¾ CUP SUGAR
¼ CUP WATER
ORANGE PEEL
2 TBSP CORN SYRUP
COOK UNTIL SOFT BALL CONSISTENCY
ORANGE JUICE AND GELATINE MIXTURE
2-3 DROPS ORANGE FOOD COLOR
COOK FOR 2 MIN.
STRAIN IT
POUR IN OIL GREASED MOULD
KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 2-3 HOURS
REMOVE FROM MOULD
COAT WITH SUGAR
