2 CUP FLOUR / MAIDA
½ CUP GHEE
¼ TSP SALT
MIX WELL
½ CUP WATER (POUR GRADUALLY)
MIX & MAKE FINE DOUGH
COVER FOR 20 MIN.
1 TBSP GHEE
3 TBSP ALMOND & CASHEW
3 TBSP DESICCATED COCONUT
3 TBSP SEMOLINA / SUJI
1 TBSP RASIN
½ CUP MAWA
ROAST FOR 2-3 MIN.
COOL DOWN
½ CUP POWDER SUGAR
TAKE SMALL PORTION OF DOUGH
ROLL
CUT WITH BOWL OR CUTTER
POUR THE STUFFING
FOLD & CLOSE THE EDGES
POUR IN MODERATE HEATED OIL
FRY IN LOW HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN

In indonesia we have this kind of food too. We call it pastel. But we use butter or margarin instead of ghee. And we use carrots and potatoes for the feeling. Sometimes we add boiled egg or vermiceli together with the carrots and potatoes.
