INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
½ CUP MILK
2-3 DROPS GREEN FOOD COLOR
½ CUP YOGURT
¼ CUP OIL
1 CUP FLOUR
½ CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 TSPN BAKING POWDER
½ TSPN BAKING SODA
SIEVE
2 TBSP PISTACHIO POWDER
½ TSP PISTACHIO ESSENCE
ADD MILK
BRUSH OIL ON MOULD
PLACE ON A BAKING PAPER
POUR BATTER IN MOULD
PLACE A CURRYPAN
PRE-HEAT FOR 5-7 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD
COOK FOR 35-40 MIN. IN MED. LOW FLAME
¼ CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 TBSP MILK
MIX WELL
POUR SUGAR GLAZE
SOME PISTACHIO
CUT INTO PIECES
REMOVE THE CAKE FROM MOULD
